Help Center · Coming soon

Your help center and your AI agent, reading the same page.

We’re building a public, searchable help site from the articles you publish in Library. Your AI agent will answer from the same articles, so the page and the chat never disagree.

  • Built from your published articles
  • The same source your AI agent answers from
  • Private articles stay private

Two sources of truth is one too many.

A customer reads the refund article at 11pm, asks the chat the same question, and gets a different answer. The help site and the bot were written by different people at different times. Help Center, now in development, will publish from the Library your AI agent already reads, so fixing an article fixes both.

Edit once, correct everywhere

Update the returns policy and the change will reach the help site, the widget’s Help tab, and the answers your agent gives.

Search that can turn into a conversation

When an article doesn’t cover it, the customer can ask your AI agent. If the agent can’t finish the job, your team picks it up in Inbox.

Public and private, on purpose

The draft, published, public, and private settings you already use will decide what the world sees. Internal articles never land on the public site.

How it will work.

  1. Write in Library

Author articles the way you do today, with draft and published states and public or private visibility.

  2. Publish to your help site

Published public articles will appear on a help site customers can browse and search.

  3. Write the next article

Insights already shows where answers fall short in conversations. Use it to decide which article your customers need next.

Built for the questions that keep coming back.

One set of articles serves the customer who wants to read, the customer who wants to ask, and the operator who wants to link.

Self-serve support

Customers find the answer at their own pace, and the conversation is there when the article isn’t enough.

Agent-ready knowledge

Every article you publish for people is also knowledge your AI Agents can use.

How-tos for new releases

Publish the walkthrough with the release, so customers find it before they need to ask.

Faster replies in Inbox

Link the article instead of retyping it. Operators will share the exact page the customer can return to later.

What we’re building.

Help Center is planned, not shipped. Here’s what it will include and how it connects to the parts of Help.ai you can use today.

A searchable public site
A help site customers can browse and search, built from your published public articles.
One source with your agents
Articles live in Library, where your AI Agents already read. No export, and no second copy to keep current.
Visibility you control
Private and draft articles stay off the public site. Nothing goes live until you publish it.
Gaps you can see
Pair the help site with Insights to spot the questions customers ask that no article answers yet.

Questions about Help Center

When will it be available?

Help Center is in development and we haven’t set a date. Join the waitlist and you’ll get first access when it opens.

How is this different from the Help tab in the widget?

The widget’s Help tab already shows your published articles inside the chat widget. Help Center will put the same articles on a standalone public site people can search and link to.

Will I have to rewrite my articles?

No. Help Center is being built on the articles you already write in Library, so what you publish today will carry over.

Can I keep some articles internal?

Yes. Private articles will stay private. Only articles you publish as public will appear on the site.

What can I use while I wait?

Write articles in Library, show them in the widget’s Help tab, and deploy an AI agent that answers from them. That work becomes your Help Center when it launches.
